This whimsical piece draws inspiration from the silk linings of fine jewelry boxes, seamlessly transitioning into the lush and intimate atmosphere of the restaurant. A gold raffia wallpaper adds a rustic yet elegant touch, contrasting beautifully with the luxurious fabric-lined details found throughout the room. The combination of raffia and gold plays on the tension between opulence and earthiness, creating a dynamic visual experience that feels both grounded and rich.

The interior of Social Misfits is an eclectic blend of nostalgic charm and contemporary flair, creating an atmosphere that feels both cozy and vibrant. With its mix of tufted leather banquettes, warm hardwood floors, and vintage brass accents, the space exudes a timeless elegance reminiscent of a stylish speakeasy. The lighting, soft and inviting with Edison bulbs scattered throughout, casts a warm glow across the room, highlighting bold pops of color and the quirky, handpicked art pieces that adorn the walls. 
From larger-than-life portraits to playful pop culture references—like a striking image of Chunk from The Goonies—the decor is a celebration of individuality and creativity. Eclectic sculptures, such as white plaster busts of animals, add a fun yet sophisticated touch to the space. The design subtly encourages connection, intentionally leaving out televisions in favor of fostering conversation and engagement.

he Perry Hotel Naples retains the essence of the original Stock Island location while incorporating softer, more refined touches that reflect the distinctive charm of Naples, Florida. The design beautifully blends the rugged spirit of the past with the sophisticated elegance of the present. Drawing inspiration from the hardworking fishermen and craftsmen who shaped Stock Island, the hotel seamlessly merges industrial grit with coastal sophistication. This fusion captures the vibrant energy of Naples, where history and modern elegance coexist in perfect harmony.
Upon entering the hotel, guests are immediately enveloped in a space that tells a story of contrast and connection. The lobby is a seamless blend of raw, industrial elements and tropical refinement—concrete floors, exposed steel, and structural accents nod to the blue-collar history of Stock Island, while natural wood textures and custom-crafted furnishings create a sense of warmth and authenticity. Vintage touches like a Stephen Kenn Inheritance Sofa made from military canvas add depth, while carefully curated artwork and maritime-inspired accessories ground the design in the region’s rich heritage. Warm ambient lighting, brass detailing, and richly toned woods soften the space, inviting guests to relax and engage with the environment. 

Located in the vibrant Stock Island Marina in the Florida Keys, Great Lakes Coffee combines the untamed beauty of its surroundings with the refined industrial style of the Michigan-based coffee brand. Designed by Casa Conde, this project blends the natural, rugged elements of the marina with the warm and inviting atmosphere of a local coffeehouse.
The design approach emphasizes a harmonious contrast between industrial and cozy elements, reflecting both the location and the brand’s identity. The concrete floors and hot-rolled steel structures offer a bold, industrial foundation, while reclaimed wood throughout the space adds warmth and character. Handmade mosaics on the bar face provide a touch of artistry, connecting the space to the handcrafted quality of the coffee served within.
