Casa Conde & Associates is an international design consultation firm with 20 years of multifaceted experience designing high-end residential and commercial projects. The principals, Cesar Conde & Ricardo Velasquez, are a young team that are personally involved with every project. Their background encompasses upscale restaurants, luxury condominiums and single family residences. Casa Conde and Associates is responsible for all areas of design projects from conceptualizing to final completion and successfully serve as consultants to an extensive client base, to assess needs and develop appropriate solutions.

CESAR CONDE

Born in Brooklyn New York, he grew up in the land of cultural and architectural diversity before he moved to South Florida in 1985. After finishing High School he attended the Art  Institute of Fort Laudedale immediately jumping into the Interior Design World. Six month before he graduated from Design School he began his career as an Interior Designer. He worked with a high end Design Firm in Boca Raton, Florida and a retail Design Group in Dallas. By 1998 his portfolio was diverse encompassing restaurant projects in Mexico, Germany and various locations in South Florida, high end residential projects of all styles in South Florida, Maryland, New York and  Colombia. He established his own practice in 1999 and received the State of Florida Interior Design License in 2008.

RICARDO VELASQUEZ

Ricardo grew up in Guatemala and at the age of 8 he studied mixed media painting under Rolando Aguilar, a renowned Guatemalan artist. He began his Design studies in 1997 by attending Architecture School in Guatemala before moving in 2000 to Florence Italy to study in Accademia Italiana di Arte where he earned a degree in Furniture and Interior Design. He relocated to South Florida in 2002 to continue with his studies at the Art Insitute of Fort Lauderdale earning another degree in Interior Design. In 2004  he joined Casa Conde becoming an instrumental part of their Growth by bringing fresh talent and new Design Ideas.
