This 7,000 square-foot penthouse, originally dated, was completely gutted and reimagined to better suit the needs of a growing family. We reworked the layout, maximizing openness to enhance the flow and connection between spaces. Prior to the remodel, the rooms were separated, but now they seamlessly integrate into a cohesive, modern design. The home features exquisite details throughout, such as book-matched marble slabs that conceal a custom wine display, and laser-cut leather tiles adorning the foyer wall. The crown jewel of the space is the powder room, which showcases a stunning marble mosaic and luxurious Italian Agape plumbing fixtures.
