MONDRIAN HOTEL PRIVATE RESIDENCE MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA

For the redesign of the one-bedroom penthouse at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach, our goal was to infuse the space with a fresh yet inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home. The owner, a young bachelor, desired a vibrant, playful ambiance while maintaining an elegant and comfortable vibe. We achieved this by reimagining the layout and design elements to reflect a balance of sophistication and fun.

Custom pieces were created throughout the residence to add a personalized touch, including a sleek, bespoke wall TV unit in the living room, a stylish custom vanity, and a beautifully crafted bed and dresser in the bedroom. The design was carefully curated to make every space feel both contemporary and intimate, yet undeniably chic.

The expansive rooftop was transformed into a large lounge area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We also designed a full outdoor kitchen, elevating the space for social gatherings and creating an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The result is a penthouse that feels both lively and luxurious, offering an exceptional balance of modern design and a welcoming, homey charm.
