Ricardo Velasquez

Ricardo grew up in Guatemala, and at the age of 8, he began studying mixed media painting under Rolando Aguilar, a renowned Guatemalan artist. He started his design studies in 1997 by attending Architecture School in Guatemala before moving to Florence, Italy in 2000 to study at the Academia Italiana di Arte, where he earned a degree in Furniture and Interior Design. He relocated to South Florida in 2002 to continue his studies at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, earning another degree in Interior Design. In 2004, he joined Casa Conde, becoming an instrumental part of their growth by bringing fresh talent and new design ideas.

Lucia Migliaccio

A talented and innovative interior designer at CASA CONDE & ASSOCIATES, has had a lifelong passion for creating beautiful spaces. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York until the age of 10, Lucia's early years were filled with creativity and imagination. Her family's move to sunny South Florida only furthered her love for designing objects and spaces.

Growing up, Lucia was exposed to the world of interior design and home improvement through her parents' successful flooring company. Here, she was given the opportunity to assist customers in designing comfortable and visually appealing spaces. This invaluable experience cultivated a deep understanding of the industry and an eye for detail.

In 2004, Lucia's path led her to the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where she met Ricardo. As she continued to hone her skills and expand her knowledge in the field, Lucia graduated with a degree in Interior Design.

In 2005, Lucia joined the CASA CONDE & ASSOCIATES family with open arms. Since then, she has become an indispensable member of the team. Lucia's distinct viewpoint, sophisticated design aesthetics, and unwavering commitment to her clients have solidified her position as a crucial asset to the team.

Cesar Conde

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he grew up in a land of cultural and architectural diversity before moving to South Florida in 1985. After finishing high school, he attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, immediately jumping into the world of interior design. Six months before graduating from design school, he began his career as an interior designer. He worked with a high-end design firm in Boca Raton, Florida, and a retail design group in Dallas. By 1998, his portfolio was diverse, encompassing restaurant projects in Mexico, Germany, and various locations in South Florida, as well as high-end residential projects of all styles in South Florida, Maryland, New York, and Colombia. He established his own practice in 1999 and received the State of Florida Interior Design License in 2008.
